- Graduates should arrive by 8 a.m. on the day of their ceremony and will gather by the staging area outside Lowry Hall/the Library.
- Guests should arrive and be seated by 8:45 a.m.
- The ceremony will begin at 9 a.m., and the run time will be approximately two hours.
Graduates should watch the entirety of the rehearsal video prior to arrival to ensure they are ready to participate.
Graduates and guests will be directed to park in one of the many parking lots on campus. View map for parking locations on campus.
Restrooms will be available for guests in Lupton Hall, Hearst Hall and the Cousins Center. View map for locations.
A first-aid station will be available outside of the Cousins Center.
The crowd will be dispersed from the back row to the front, meaning the graduates will exit last. We ask graduates and guests to exit the premises in a timely fashion, as no other events will take place. While there will be professional photographs taken of each graduate throughout the ceremony, we ask that graduates return to campus throughout the summer for their own family photos.
